How does the $2 Day Pass work?
It's a daily subscription. You're charged $2 every 24 hours and it renews until you cancel. Cancel any time and you keep access until the paid day ends.
What counts as one quote?
One generated estimate for one job, including any edits and re-sends of that same quote.
Can I use my own prices?
Yes. Your price book drives every line item. BidFern never invents a rate you haven't set, unless you ask it to suggest one.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — buy the plan you want and the change takes effect at once; the subscription you are leaving is cancelled from the link in your Paddle receipt.
Do clients need an account to approve a quote?
No. They open a link, review the quote and sign in the browser.
Do unused quotes roll over?
No. Daily allowances reset every 24 hours; 28-day allowances reset each billing period.
Is there an account to set up?
No. Paying opens the quote builder immediately in the browser you paid from — no registration form, no password, nothing to remember. A cookie records the access for as long as the plan runs. Clear your cookies or move to another browser and it is gone: email contact@bidfern.app from the address on your receipt and we will put it back.
How do I cancel?
Through the link in your Paddle receipt, which manages the subscription and cancels it in one step, or by emailing contact@bidfern.app. No phone call, no cancellation fee. Full details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
